We accept many forms of payment such as cash, checks, and credit cards. You can also take advantage of third-party financing through CareCredit.

We also accept many forms of dental insurance. Call and find out if yours is accepted!

On the day of your appointment, we’ll need to verify your insurance benefits. You’ll need to provide the subscriber’s birthdate, Social Security number, insurance carrier, billing address, phone number, and group number. After verification, we will accept assignment of benefits as a partial payment of the total charge. You will be expected to pay your deductible, if applicable, and any estimated patient co-payment.
